Case Study: A Deeper Look into the Starbucks Experience

I wanted to take a deeper look into how Starbucks is able to operate consistently like brick and mortar stores, so I met with a few members of leadership in the Food and Beverage Department at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. Not only will we be discussing how they train Staff on the Starbucks Service Basics, but also what they do to train the staff and get them on the same page for Marriott's own Service Basics.
